Booking a trial with May Paulina is essential once you’ve selected her as your artist. May will showcase how the makeup and hair will wear throughout the day, making it easy to make adjustments as simple as changing a lip color or trying out a different lash! This must be booked when the bride schedules her service to ensure we have enough time for everyone. Please note that “bridal party” pricing accounts for mothers of bride and groom, aunts, officiants etc. anyone who is not the bride is considered bridal party!

Depending on the size of your bridal party, she may need to build a glam team to ensure nothing is rushed and everyone is finished on time including touchups! The more assistant artists you choose to include in your day the shorter you’re getting ready time will be. Please inquire with May about your timeline if you are interested in adding more artists.

May Paulina will go the distance for her Brides. Travel to Sarasota/ Tampa is $400. Travel to Orlando is $700. Palm Beach, Boca or Miami is $400. Key West is $1k. For other locations including out of the state, please inquire.

*For brides hosting outdoor weddings in June and July, touch-ups are especially recommended, as Florida’s summer heat and humidity can challenge even the most durable makeup and hair.

In order to provide you with the highest level of service and attention to detail, an administrative fee is applied to mays bridal booking services. This fee covers the time and resources needed for planning, organizing, and coordinating all the details of your beauty services—from scheduling appointments to managing communication and any custom requests. It allows may to conquer the behind-the-scenes tasks that ensure a smooth and stress-free experience on your special day.

FAQ’S
Who is included in the Bridal Party?
We refer to your “bridal party” as bridesmaids, attendees, mother of the bride, mother of the groom, flower girl, etc.
What’s your cancellation policy?
You may cancel this contract up to two weeks before the date of service and you will only lose your security deposit. Cancellations within two weeks of the date of service will be charged 50% of quoted rate for all services and fees.
Do you require a deposit?
There is a $100 security deposit due at signing to reserve and hold your date. The security deposit will be taken off your total balance. If you make any cancellations you will forfeit your security deposit.
Do you have a travel policy?
For local weddings within a 30 mile radius of Naples, FL there is $50+ charge for travel. For all travel further than this radius there is a charge of $100+ based on round trip mileage. This is a flat fee, not per artist traveling. For any venues farther then two hours, hotel accommodations may be needed depending on service start time.
How are payments made?
Payment is expected to be paid in full one week before wedding date. booking fee is $50; this covers our administration to ensure a seamless experience. Transaction will be made through Square invoicing.
Do you have recommended preparations for Trial and Prep?
The trial is a preview to the wedding day, therefore, wear a cute outfit and get ready to see your vision come to life
• I recommend that you book trial 3-6 months before your wedding at minimum. This allows you to communicate your desired look before the special day.
• Please bring any hair accessories or extensions to the trial that you plan on using for the wedding day. May Paulina recommends Zala Hair Extensions (PROMO CODE for $20 OFF: MPAULINAHAIRZALA) or Full Shine Extensions on Amazon.
• It's recommended that you bring photos of potential looks.
• Trial appointment for each service will be one hour long and allows for up to two different looks as long as within time allocated.
Do you have recommended preparations for Wedding Day?
• On the day of the wedding everyone should have dry, clean hair with minimal to no product. Preferably shampooed the night before or day of.
• Please DO NOT flat iron your hair, it can affect how hair holds a curl.
• For makeup please come with a clean face & knowledge of your skin type
